Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells may be one of the best ways to reduce fitness clutter in your home. Bowflex Dumbbells are self-sufficient and provide a wide range of weight sizes from 10 lbs. to 90 lbs. All in 5 lb. increments. Below are some tips on how to use these dumbbells.

Turn the adjustment knob on each end of the Bowflex Dumbbell to your desired weight. Make sure both adjustment knobs are on the same weight. If you select 50 lbs. on each knob, your total weight is 50 lbs. The bar itself weighs 10 lbs. and is factored in on the total weight selected.

Lift the bar up from the stand. The weights that you choose to workout with will remain on the handle and then you may begin your workout.

To change the weight, place the Bowflex Dumbbell back into its stand and rotate both adjustment knobs clockwise.
