Perfect Pushup Reviews
Does the perfect pushup work? Follow me for the next 21 days utilizing the perfect pushup machine. I will start the Perfect Pushup test by performing as many regular pushups as I can without stopping and using good form. This is called the one max set. I will determine my one max set and create a personalized workout that I will share with you. The pushups are performed at regular shoulder width, wide pushups, and close pushups all workouts performed within 2 minutes. I will retest my one set max after every ten workouts (21 days) as stated in the instructions and change the workout routine scale as my strength increases. I hope to provide you with some insight and information regarding the perfect pushup system. If you are interested on reading more reviews on the Perfect Pushup, then please follow the link.
Day 1
WOW! Just finished day 1. My one set max was 7. My workout will be 1 set of 8, 6, 4, 2. My first workout were the wide position push ups. I managed to do 2 full sets and then I finished my last two sets on my knees. My next workout was close grip push ups. I performed all four sets on my knees. This is a tough workout, but a rewarding workout. I found that working with the perfect pushup system, my shoulder joints had a lot less pressure on them. My chest and triceps were definetly worked. Tomorrow is an off day. I will let you know how I feel tomorrow.
Day 2 – Off Day
Woke up a little sore, but not really that bad. Mostly in my chest, but no so much in the triceps. I did feel it when I went outside to shovel the snow though.
Day 3
Day 3 was rough. I was still sore from day 1. Today I performed 1 set of regular push ups, 1 set of wide push ups, and 1 set of close push ups. I had to perform all of the push ups on my knees. I finished all three sets all within the 2 minute time frame. Tomorrow is a day off. I will let you know if I am still sore.
Day 4
Lactic acid is still building up in chest. I’m sore, but it is a good sore : )
